49aceph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 49aceph platform without the prior written consent of 49aceph.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, 49aceph's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In no event shall 49aceph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 49aceph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
49aceph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at 49aceph's sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in a legitimately operated account at the time of termination initiated by 49aceph (other than for cause) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 49aceph customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 49aceph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority under the PAGCOR framework.
